Klahan is a great digital management platform for HR managers. It provides a lot of convenience and time saving in managing employee in your organization or company. That is, you can manage the attendance of each employee (staff in and out) by their scanning QR code, easily to check and approve/reject their leave Request, OT Request, setup work schedule, holiday…, and you can be divided the employee into sections or department to facilitate the managing as well.
In addition, what is more convenient is that, I can also notify such as holiday notification message, employee warning message or other important company message sent to all employee or individual through the Notification function.
The most importantly, I don’t have to think more complicated or do the Payroll List in Excel manually. It means that Klahan platform is already integrated with this performance. Everything is in one and automatically calculated and correctly. So I just export as Excel file and everything is well done.

Klanhan is a very good digitized HR platform. You can onboard the employees, manage their attendance, daily time sheet, holiday, OT, leaves and employees can sign their attendance using a QR code, request time-off, access directory, and more. It saves valuable time on the back and forth as I can easily approve/reject time-off requests as well as track employees&apos attendance right from the app. The most important thing is that everything is in one, I don’t have to do the payroll listing in the excel manually, just export and everything is automatically calculated.
